Can your props be shipped to all continents?How much does it cost to transport props?
Our props can be shipped to all continents without any hindrance. The props will be shipped free of charge for transactions over $79.
If your transaction amount is less than the specified amount, we provide the following shipping routes:
- Shipping to North America costs an additional $4.9.
- Shipping to Asia costs an additional $4.9.
- Shipping to Oceania costs an additional $7.9.
- Shipping to South America costs an additional $8.9.
- Shipping to Europe costs an additional $9.9, with UK shipping costing $10.9.
What kind of vehicles do you use to transport items?
After we receive the transportation task, we will arrange an airplane/ship to transport the props and materials for you. When you place a transportation task, you can choose the service: standard free transportation/paid expedited transportation.
How can I trade items directly with you?
- Select the props you want most and click the "Add to Prop Cart" button.
- Select the mode of transport/route, leave your request for props (if you want a gift card or anything you want to tell us), if there is a Chamber of Commerce coupon, you can click and use the Chamber of Commerce coupon.
- Ltem Trading: Select the trading method you want to use. The page will guide you to make the payment.
- Enter your continent and location, email address, and phone number, then click Continue.
- Verify all your information.
- Once your shipment has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.
I want to add some extra tasks to my transport, what should I do?
You can add your special extra tasks in the "Comments" box on the shopping page. Please write your task requirements as clearly as possible and we will do our best to meet your task requirements.
How can I change a transaction task after it has been issued?
If you wish to modify any information in your trade assignment, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made more than 24 hours after purchase will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How do I cancel a transaction?
Trades can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing a trade. Please contact us to cancel the trade. Any trades cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please consider carefully.
What transaction methods do you support?
We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express. We also accept transactions using Paypal. If you have further transaction questions, please contact us.
How to use Chamber of Commerce coupon transactions?
If you have a Chamber of Commerce coupon. Once you go to "Add to Cart", a "Chamber of Commerce Coupon" box will appear below your trade task. Enter the coupon code and click "Apply". Your discount will be displayed on the right.
Will you protect the information of chamber of commerce members?
