What information does the Chamber collect?
When an Adventurerregisters with the Chamber, places an order, or subscribes to the Chamber's newsletter, we extract the Adventurer's soul information.
When ordering or registering with the Chamber, Adventurers may be asked to enter your name,email address, mailing address, and/or credit cardinformation.
AngleDice doesnot collect or access any of the Adventurer's credit card information, only thebilling address (as applicable).
However, Adventurers can visit our websiteanonymously.
What does the Chamber of Commerce use theadventurers' soul information for?
Any Soul Information extracted by the Chamber from the Adventurer may be used in one or both of the following ways:
- Processing transactions;
- Improving the Chamber's marketing efforts;
Without the Adventurer's consent, your Soul Information (whether public or private) will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or provided to any other Chamber for any reason, except for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or requested service.
How does the Chamber of Commerce protectadventurers’ soul information?
When an adventurer places a trade mission or enters, submits, or accesses an adventurer's personal information, we implement various security magic shields to maintain the safety of the adventurer's personal soul information.
The Chamber provides a secure server. All provided sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into the Chamber's payment gateway provider database, which can only be accessed by authorized personnel who have been granted special access rights to such systems and must keep the information confidential.
After the transaction,the Chamber's private soul information (credit card, social security number,financial information, etc.) will not be stored on the Chamber's servers.AngleDice's NPCs have no right to view or access this information.
Does the Chamber of Commerce use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
The Chamber of Commerce uses cookies to help NPCs remember and process items in your adventurer's shopping cart.
Does the Chamber disclose any soul informationto external parties?
The Chamber does not sell,trade, or otherwise transfer an Adventurer's personal soul information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who help the Chamber operate its website, conduct its business, or serve you, so long as
those parties agree to keep this information confidential. The Chamber may also release an Adventurer's information when the Chamber believes release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce the Chamber's website policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
California Online Privacy Protection ActCompliance
Because the Chamber values the privacy of adventurers, the Chamber has taken the necessary precautions to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Therefore, the Chamber will not distribute adventurers' personal soul information to outside forces without the adventurer's consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of the Chamber's website can change their information at any time by logging in and going to the "Account" page.
Kids Adventurer Online Privacy Protection ActCompliance
The Chamber complies with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and does not collect any soul information from any adventurer under the age of 13.
The Chamber's website, products and services are all intended for adventurers who are at least 13 years of age or older.
