Shipping and Refund Return Policy
All itemsmust be returned within 30 days of purchase (all mainland orders)Returns canbe sent to the following addresses:The Chamberwill accept all item returns during this period. Please be sureto include your trade order number and trade order name in the email.Damaged ordefective items will be replaced at no charge to you if a replacement isavailable. What shipping companies does the Chamber use?How much does shipping cost?
For trade orders over $79, the Chamber of Commerce will ship for adventurers for free.
For trade orders below this amount, a certain shipping fee will be charged:
Shipping to North America requires an additional $4.9.
Shipping to Asia requires an additional $4.9.
Shipping to Oceania requires an additional $7.9.
Shipping to South America requires an additional $8.9.
Shipping to Europe requires an additional $9.9, and shipping to the UK requires an additional $10.9.
The Chamber of Commerce will use DHL/UPS/FEDEX or other shipping services (fast shipping).
From which continent does the Chamber ofCommerce send items?
The Chamber of Commerce ships from its warehouse in China.
When will my trade order be shipped?
Most transaction orders are shipped within 5 working days after receiving the order.If some orders cannot be shipped within 5 days due to out-of-stock or holidays, the Chamber of Commerce will notify the adventurer by email.
How long will it take for me to receive mypurchased items?
Air parcels take about 9-25 days to arrive (9-14 days for continental US orders). Express parcels such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX (fast shipping) usually take 5-10 days to arrive.
But please note that the Chamber of Commerce cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Adventurer,is your package damaged?
If your prop is damaged, the Chamber will replace it!
To request a return or refund for a damaged item, please take a photo of the damage and email it to supports@angledice.com along with your name and order number.
Please do this before you send your return.
Adventurer,is your package lost?
Sometimes, shipping services may rarely update information (this is especially true for international orders). In addition, packages are sometimes incorrectly marked as being delivered a day or two early, mistakenly delivered to a neighbor's house, left at the local post office, lost at the front desk, etc. If there is enough time, and all of these possibilities have been tried to no avail, rest assured that Angle Dice will replace your lost item at no charge. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
If your package is returned to the sender due to incomplete or inaccurate address information, forwarding issues, or related reasons, a reshipping fee will be charged when a replacement is requested. If a refund is requested, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Angle Dice will allow replacement of damaged or defective props if available. No replacement is allowed for any other reason.
CancellationPolicy
If an order is cancelled before the fulfillment process, the adventurer is entitled to a full refund. However, if you cancel the order after it has been shipped, you will receive a 100% refund of the items when the order is returned. Shipping costs are not refundable, and Angle Dice cannot prevent the adventurer's items from being shipped after they leave the Chamber's office.
If your order is returned to the Chamber for an undeliverable address, package not accepted, or customs reasons, the adventurer is eligible for re-shipment or refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. If you qualify for the Chamber's relative regional shipping or free shipping, there will be a flat fee of $6 for re-shipping.
Angle Dice is not responsible for any customs fees or VAT that may be levied in your country.
All refunds are subject to the following conditions:
The adventurer has requested a refund and the items you purchased have been returned to the Chamber.
The Chamber has contacted the adventurer regarding re-shipping, but has not received any response from you within 7 days.
